In a city filled with cafés, we wanted to create something different: a place where comfort matters as much as coffee. Spread across two floors and four intimate rooms, Càphê Một Đời offers lounge seating, curved booths, handcrafted bamboo and rattan interiors, and countless quiet corners designed for conversation, reading, working, or simply lingering over a drink. It’s a space meant to be experienced, not rushed through.
Our coffee is prepared slowly, one cup at a time using traditional Vietnamese phin filters. We work with a house blend of Vietnamese Arabica and Robusta from the Central Highlands, brewed by hand to highlight the character of each cup. Alongside our coffee, refreshing sparkling fruit drinks, and a carefully curated menu that celebrates simple, thoughtful flavors.
The name Một Đời means one life—a reminder that some of life’s best moments aren’t the hurried ones, but the conversations, ideas, and memories that unfold when we slow down.
Whether you’re meeting a friend, catching up on work, enjoying a date, or discovering a new favorite café, we hope you’ll make yourself at home.
Open daily 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (closed Tuesday).

A menu is a statement of priorities.
We began, naturally, with coffee. Vietnamese phin coffee remains one of the world’s great brewing traditions—patient, deliberate, and remarkably expressive. Rather than reinvent it, we chose to offer the local classics—drinks that have earned their place through generations of daily ritual.
But Càphê Một Đời also builds on another tradition. Before there was Càphê Một Đời, there was MAKARA Bar, our sister venue, which shares the same space. Our spirited coffees bring together carefully prepared phin coffee and fine spirits with the same balance and restraint that define a well-made cocktail.
Finally, our sparkling drinks draw from Vietnam’s remarkable diversity of fruit, herbs, and spices. Lychee, tamarind, calamansi, plum, passion fruit, cinnamon—ingredients with their own long history and unmistakable sense of place.
We have kept the menu intentionally small. We’d rather make a handful of drinks exceptionally well than offer dozens that are merely adequate. We believe quality should be evident not just in the process, but in the cup. Good coffee has never needed extravagance—only love and care.
